We support Department of Medicine members in the design and evaluation of systems interventions, using content and analytic expertise to offer consultation and technical assistance.

Consultation
We meet with people and groups to help them incorporate approaches and principles into research or delivery system innovation initiatives.
The first step in the process is to schedule an initial meeting with the Collective team. Agenda items for this consultation will be to review project goals and design and/or evaluation needs. Based on this discussion, the Collective will work with submitters to identify a subsequent design or evaluation plan. Interested individuals and groups are encouraged to complete our design & evaluation intake form to initiate the consultation process.
