Bio

Kevin Duan, MD, MS is Acting Instructor in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at the University of Washington. He received his medical degree from the University of Michigan School of Medicine, and a Master of Science in Health Services from the University of Washington School of Public Health. He completed internal medicine residency and a chief resident year at the University of California, San Francisco, followed by pulmonary and critical care fellowship at the University of Washington. He is a health services researcher, studying how health systems and policies can be optimized to improve respiratory health and value for patients with COPD. He is currently studying home oxygen and prescription inhalers.
